It features an always-on 1.2-inch transflective touch screen display, a next-generation optical heart rate and oxygen saturation (SpO2) sensors, and a barometric altimeter for accurate elevation measurement. The watch offers breadcrumb navigation to help you stay on track and dual-frequency global positioning system (GPS) for precise distance calculation. I only wear it when running or mountain biking. Seemed to be the cheapest watch out there for what you get. Upgraded from my old garmin as that did not do bluetooth and was a pain uploading activities as needed to use the ANT USB stick. Also the garmin was not compatible with some heartrate monitors. Good price!
