Body Glide has been an absolute game changer for me since I discovered it. I use it just about everywhere from head to toe for long training sessions and races. The best part about it is that is doesn’t mark your clothes, doesn’t smell and last longer than its popular alternative Vaseline.

Body Glide is an event saver. I always pack a small, convenient original 10grm blue roll on in my race pack. As soon as I feel a hot spot, I will smear on some Body Glide and an instantaneous fix. Normally, I don’t get to the broken blister stage but on odd occasion that I have I put on a light dressing and smear Body Glide over the top. Body Glide is not oily, never feels wet and does not contain any petroleum-based ingredients. Body Glide will stay on in wet conditions and I generally re-apply every 4 hours as a precaution. Body Glide will wash off with soap and detergent, so does not stain clothing. I use Body Glide almost anywhere, under arms, between legs, nipples, beneath the label tag on my shorts as my water bottle carrier belt rubs and on feet. Because of different bacteria on the feet I will apply by fingers to get in between toes. Just remember to wash hands afterwards and before driving as the hands will slip off the steering wheel. The original blue Body Glide comes in Race Saver 10grm, Regular user 22grm and 42grm for economy. Body Glide lasts for ages and does not dry out in the container.

I have been using this product for years and is a tried and true favourite of mine. It goes on easily and you cannot feel it on your skin but stops chafing in all manner of places you put it. Personally I don't know the different between the women's and men's product only that they charge more for the pink one! Save your money and buy the blue one, i have no problems.

Hi Leanne, Thanks for your review! In case you were curious, the For Her version contains a few extra ingredients including Vitamins A, B and F, so it helps moisturise the skin as well. It costs the same amount as the original version, so it's entirely up to you which you prefer!
