Pick Your Passion

Love meeting new people and helping them kit themselves out for a trip?

• Apply to join our Floor Team! Training is provided on the job, just bring your people skills and love of the outdoors and we'll fill in the rest. Experience in track & field, running, trekking or climbing are a bonus, but not required.

Love problem solving and troubleshooting?

• Our Customer Support Team may be for you. The customer support department is always on the lookout for people with good people skills and creative troubleshooting abilities. Experience with electronics (resetting, reformatting, navigating software, etc) is a bonus but not required. Perfectly suited to candidates with polite and professional verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail and time management skills. 

Have great attention to detail, but prefer to be away from the crowds?

• Why not join our Warehouse Team? Our warehouse picks, packages and dispatches all our online orders. You will work in a small team each day and be responsible for distributing work amongst yourselves so that everything gets done. Suits someone who can think critically about what they are doing and manage time well. 

Have a head for numbers and a basic understanding of business accounting?

• We receive hundreds of products every day, so keeping our live stock counts uptodate is a big job! Working in our Receipting Team involves checking deliveries with a high degree of accuracy, and utilising our in-house systems to enter stock into our accounting platform and website. Other tasks include restocking shelves, stocktaking, editing product details, liaising with suppliers and general problem solving. Some medium to heavy lifting is required, suits someone with great attention to detail, good common sense and reasoning.
