Try 2 Anything allows you to order items with peace of mind. You can physically see your ordered items and try them on, knowing that you can return them for free if they don’t suit you, without any further hassle or admin fees.

How to Try 2 Anything
- Add all the items you want to try on at home (psst, it doesn't have to be just two items), then upgrade to a Try 2 Anything order for $3 by adding this item to your cart before checking out. Remember that you can choose a Pay Later option like Afterpay or ZipPay to spread out your payments over time.
- We’ll send out all your items, along with a prepaid returns label for a quick and easy return.
- Once you’ve decided on your new items, just fill out the included form to let us know what you’re returning, package them securely with the included label attached, and drop the parcel in any Auspost mailbox or post office. You have 90 days to send them back, and you don’t have to contact us beforehand.
- Once we received the items back in original, resaleable condition, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. There’s no admin fee on refunds for Try 2 Anything orders, as long as you keep at least one item. You can also opt for a store credit or exchange if you prefer.
Terms & Conditions
Try 2 Anything is currently only available to Australian addresses.
We only accept returns for items in original, unused condition.
Don’t throw out any product packaging and where possible, do not remove tags.
Shoes and packs must only be tried on inside.
Electronics must not be turned on. Feel free to look at electronics up close, try them on your wrist for fit, and read the manuals.
As per our returns policy, we cannot accept change of mind returns on certain items, including safety gear (harnesses, carabiners, helmets, ropes, etc.), food items and any product marked as 'Final Clearance'. Purchasing these items in a Try 2 Anything order does not make them eligible for return.

Please place items back in their original packaging as best you can before returning them. If your order was originally shipped to you in bubble wrap or other protective packaging, please replace this as well to protect the items in transit. We’re not able to refund items which are broken in transit because they’ve been removed from their packaging or carelessly packaged. A repackaging fee may be charged if you return the product or packaging covered in tape or otherwise avoidably damaged.
The $3 Try 2 Anything fee is not refundable if you use the included return label. Contact us if you decide to keep all your Try 2 Anything items and we can refund this.

I'm in New Zealand, can I use Try 2 Anything?
Unfortunately Try 2 Anything is currently only available for customers in Australia. Of course, New Zealand customers do have access to our usual change of mind returns with free return postage, see our returns policy.
Why can’t I try products outside or turn on electronics?
We only sell new and unused products to customers, so we can’t resell products that have been worn outside, damaged or used. If you return worn, damaged or used products to us, we will have to send them back to you and charge a $9.95 reshipping fee, as per our returns policy.
If you’re ordering something in your Try 2 Anything order for another person to try on, please make sure they are aware of this restriction as well.
How do I send back the items I don’t want?
First, make sure the products you’re returning are in original condition with all packaging. Please double check that shoes, socks and gaiters are both the same size and in the right box, that other items have all accessories included, and that all products have the correct packaging.
Fill out the Try 2 Anything return form attached to your invoice, tear it off, and put it in a satchel/box with the products you’re returning. You can reuse the outer packaging we sent you if it’s still secure enough to survive the post. Alternatively, you can use any clean box or satchel that will fit your items. Please don’t apply any tape or labels to the product packaging.
Attach the prepaid label to the front of the parcel and lodge in any Australia Post box (small parcels) or over the counter (small or large parcels).
Can I exchange items from my Try 2 Anything order for another size/colour?
Absolutely! There’s an option to exchange on the Try 2 Anything return form in your parcel. Just let us know what you’d like to exchange for on that form and instead of refunding you, we will swap your returned item for your desired exchange once we receive your unwanted items back.
When will I receive my refund/exchange?
Returned parcels generally take 3-10 working days to arrive back to us. We then process refunds and exchanges within 2 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. We’ll contact you if there’s anything wrong or if we need any information from you to process the refund.
Can I return items from another order with my Try 2 Anything return?
This is generally fine, but please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your case before returning, and we’ll let you know if we need any more information.
What happens if I order a Try 2 Anything order with Afterpay, ZipPay or ZipMoney?
Try 2 Anything pairs perfectly with a Pay Later solution like Afterpay or Zip. See the information pages linked above for specific information about each provider, as Afterpay and Zip are third party payment providers with different terms and conditions.
These third party payment providers allow you to arrange a payment schedule, and pay them in instalments. If you return any part of your Try 2 Anything order for a refund, we’ll tell the provider to cancel the debt relevant to your returned item/s. They will also refund any instalments that you’ve already paid on that item/s.
Example: you order some Salomon shoes and a Marmot jacket using Afterpay and pay one instalment of $70* before your parcel arrives. You try on the shoes and jacket and decide that you love the shoes but the jacket isn’t for you. You return the jacket with your Try 2 Anything form to us. Once we confirm that the jacket is resaleable, we tell Afterpay to cancel the part of your debt for the jacket’s price. Your $70 instalment is now applied solely to the Salomon shoes, which you are now closer to paying off in full!

What if I want to keep all the items in my Try 2 Anything order?
That’s great! If you’re sure you don’t want to return any items from your order, you can let us know via email. We’ll then refund you for the $3 Try 2 Anything fee, since you won’t be using the prepaid label. If you change your mind and want to return something once you’ve been refunded this fee, you’ll have to follow our usual returns process and may be subject to an admin fee.
Can I return my whole Try 2 Anything order?
You certainly can. Follow the Try 2 Anything returns instructions as usual. If you opt for a store credit or exchange, we will process this for the full value of the products you're returning. If you opt for a refund you will be charged a $9.95 admin fee for returning your entire order, to cover our bank fees and costs in picking and sending your order.
Excludes products not eligible for change of mind returns. The $3 Try 2 Anything fee is not refundable if you use the prepaid satchel.
