Price Match Request

Complete the form below to request Price Match for a product.

Once you request a Price Match, we will let you know within 1 business day whether we fulfill the Price Match. If so, we will contact you to arrange payment.

Terms and conditions:

  1. The exact product must be in stock with competitor (same Colour/Size/Model/Season).
  2. Price must be in Australian dollars and include any shipping costs. Remember Wildfire Sports & Trek has FREE shipping to Australia and New Zealand on all orders over $80.00!
  3. For electronic items, we cannot guarantee a price match against unauthorised or overseas dealers who are unable to supply Australian warranties.
  4. Price must be visible on competitor's website. We do not price match coupon codes, membership discounts, newsletter subscription discounts, or other special discounts.
  5. We reserve the right to not match prices for products sold via 3rd party marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.).
  6. Unfortunately, price matched orders may not be paid by Afterpay or ZipMoney, as they are not processed through the standard checkout.
  7. We cannot retroactively price match, the request must be approved before the order is placed.  
  8. Price matches are offered at our discretion, while we will endeavour to price match we reserve the right to decline a price match request.
