NikWax Waterproofing Wax for Leather is a high performance waterproofing wax for smooth leather that maintains support and breathability.

Leather needs to be soft and flexible to maintain comfort. During manufacture, tanning agents are added to leather to maintain structure and the leather is lubricated to increase suppleness and reduce friction between its fibres. When leather absorbs water, these tanning agents and lubricants are lost. The result? Stiff, dry leather that's uncomfortable to wear and prone to splitting. Nikwax Conditioner for Leather will nourish leather with tanning agents and lubricants to keep it in top condition.

NikWax Waterproofing Wax for Leather will:

Provide Durable Water Repellency (DWR) - directed to leaks
Replenish tanning agents - without oversoftening the leather
Maintain breathability - keeping your feet cool and dry.

Nikwax Waterproofing Wax for Leather liquid is non-flammable, contains no harmful solvents and is free of harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and fluorocarbons.

HOW TO USE

Brush off dirt with a damp cloth and clean using Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel
Protect work area
Shake well before use
Press sponge applicator to break seal
Apply to wet leather by hand
After 2-3 minutes, remove surplus with a cloth
Buff with a damp cloth to shine.
