NikWax Fabric and Leather Proof waterproofs and maintains support, texture and breathability of all fabric/leather combination footwear.

Your footwear's Durable Water Repellency (DWR) will eventually wear off and need to be renewed with Nikwax Fabric & Leather Proof. Even breathable, waterproof footwear is likely to get sweaty and wet inside when used in damp or wet conditions. If the outer fabric or leather absorbs water, the footwear's breathability will be reduced.

NikWax Fabric and Leather Proof will:

Provide or renew DWR treatment - leaves a flexible water repellent treatment on individual fabric and leather fibres
Maintain breathability - allows moisture vapour to pass through to keep your feet cool and dry.

Nikwax Fabric & Leather Proof is easy and quick to apply: either spray or sponge on to wet shoes.

HOW TO USE

Brush off dirt with a damp cloth and clean using Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel
Shake well before use. Press sponge applicator to break seal
Apply generously to wet footwear: Spray-On from a distance of 5cm or Sponge-On by hand
After 2 minutes, remove surplus with a cloth and allow drying before use.

Note: Light-coloured fabric and/or leather may darken after treatment. Test on a hidden area first.

For nubuck and suede leather footwear, use Nikwax Nubuck & Suede Proof.
For full-grain leather footwear, use NikWax Conditioner for Leather.
