NikWax Footwear Cleaning Gel safely cleans and revitalises water repellency and breathability for all waterproof outdoor and sports footwear. Recommended for GORE-TEX, eVent and SympaTex footwear.

Your footwear's Durable Water Repellency (DWR) can be masked by contaminants such as dirt that attract water, leading to footwear 'wetting out' in wet or damp conditions.. That means your waterproof footwear could be soaking up water just because it's dirty.

NikWax Footwear Cleaning Gel will:

Remove water-absorbent dirt and stains - causing water to bead on outer surfaces
Revitalise existing DWR and breathability - keeps your feet dry and comfortable
NOT leave hydrophilic residues - these water-attracting residues lead to fabric and leather absorbing water and wetting out.

HOW TO USE

Rinse item with clean water to remove loose mud and to dampen surface
Shake well before use
Press sponge applicator to break seal
Apply by hand generously over the area to be cleaned
If very dirty, scrub with a stiff nylon brush (e.g. nail brush)
Rinse well with clean water
If required, apply appropriate Nikwax waterproofing or conditioner while footwear is damp.

Note: colour may run; test on a hidden area first.
