Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole."Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website.Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

I purchased the Altra Mont Blanc Boa a few months ago to be my fast race shoe and have been very happy with them. Almost every kilometer has been on trail with a few on the road. I had some issues with the regular Mont Blanc, mainly the heel and tongue providing a solid lock down. With the BOA you get an amazing locked in feeling and still enough room for my forefoot. The midsole is a bouncy and responsive ride that I can run in for hours. The Vibram lite base provides great traction on any surface and feels great on roads too. I have recommended this shoe to customers and it seems like they have been happy with it while in the store.

Was actually Brilliant on a recent Run when it snowed & my cold hands wouldn't of been able to tie my laces. Fits well & adjusts easily. Excellent grip with Vibram soles. Fast service also a plus.
