Christmas Shipping, Opening Hours and Returns

Shipping Cutoffs

Courier companies and Australia Post experience delays around Christmas and New Years due to public holidays and increased volume. To ensure your Christmas presents arrive in time, we recommend ordering as soon as possible and choosing Express Shipping at the checkout. Below is a guide for delivery cutoffs, based on courier information and past performance.

Express Shipping:

  • Metro areas (excluding WA, NT and Tas): we recommend ordering by midday on Friday December 18th
  • WA, NT, Tas, Regional and Remote areas: we recommend ordering by midday on Tuesday December 15th.
  • New Zealand: we recommend ordering by midday on Friday December 4th.

Standard Shipping: 

  • Metro areas (excluding WA, NT and TAS) and South East Queensland: we recommend ordering by midday on Wednesday December 16th.
  • WA, NT, Tas, Regional and Remote areas: we recommend ordering by midday on Friday December 11th
  • New Zealand: we recommend ordering by midday on Tuesday December 1st.

Note that some heavy items, e.g. Wahoo KICKRs, can only be sent Standard Shipping.

If you live in Brisbane, you are welcome to use our free Click and Collect service at the checkout and pick up in store.

 

Store Opening Hours

We are open over Christmas and New Years with standard trading hours of Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.

In particular, we are CLOSED:

  • Friday December 25th Christmas Day
  • Saturday December 26th Boxing Day
  • Monday December 28th Boxing Day Holiday
  • Friday January 1st New Years Day.

Returns

You can buy at Wildfire Sports with complete confidence that any unwanted Christmas presents can be returned under our 90 day returns policy. Please appreciate that we may take up to 3 working days to respond to return requests over Christmas and early January due to an increase in return requests and public holidays. The full details on our returns policy are here.

Giving a gift and not sure if they'll love it? Please make sure not to turn on electronic items, and to leave all products in original condition with packaging until you're certain they don't want to return it.
