Shipping Cutoffs - Get It In Time For Christmas

Courier companies and Australia Post experience delays around Christmas and New Years due to public holidays and increased volume. To ensure your Christmas presents arrive in time, we recommend ordering as soon as possible and choosing Express Shipping at the checkout. Below is a guide for delivery cutoffs, based on courier information and past performance.

We have worked with our carriers to recommend when you should place your order by, to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.

Metro areas (excluding WA, NT and TAS) and South East Queensland

Standard Shipping -  Midday on Thursday December 16th.
Express Shipping  -  Midday on Sunday December 19th  .

WA, NT, Tas, Regional and Remote areas

Standard Shipping -  Midday on Sunday December 12th.
Express Shipping -  Midday on Wednesday December 15th.

New Zealand

Standard Shipping - Midday on Friday December 3rd.
Express Shipping - Midday on Tuesday December 7th.

Note that some heavy items, e.g. Wahoo KICKRs, can only be sent Standard Shipping.

Please note; orders placed after these dates may still arrive in time for Christmas, however to avoid disappointment we strongly advise placing your order prior to the above dates. 
Our Brisbane store is open for click and collect until 5pm December 24th.


Store Opening Hours

We are open over Christmas and New Years with standard trading hours of Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.

In particular, we are CLOSED:

  • Saturday December 25th Christmas Day
  • Sunday December 26th Boxing Day
  • Monday December 27th Christmas Day Holiday
  • Tuesday December 28th Boxing Day Holiday
  • Saturday January 1st New Years Day.
  • Monday January 3rd New Years Day Holiday.

You can buy at Wildfire Sports with complete confidence that any unwanted Christmas presents can be returned under our 90 day returns policy. Please appreciate that we may take up to 3 working days to respond to return requests over Christmas and early January due to an increase in return requests and public holidays. The full details on our returns policy are here.
