I have dysautonomia (POTS) and require up to 10,000mg of sodium per day to function. I needed an Australian supplier of vitassium salt tablets, as they are easiest on my kidneys. My Naturopath recommended this product for POTS symptoms associated with dysautonomia from histamine & mold. It has truly made a difference to the quality of my day. Less dizziness and heaviness from fluid retention. I take the maintenance dose every day (2 x am and 2 x pm) and additional as needed - usually only in hot/humid weather. It’s a shame they are so expensive though as this may be an ongoing requirement for many people and if you’re taking a lot it is unsustainable financially. I drink organic coconut water for additional electrolytes too.
