Product Usage

SaltStick FastChews are designed to be chewed, not mixed with water to bump up your electrolyte intake (especially important if you’re a salty sweater) during long, hard and hot sessions.

Chew 2 tablets every 15 to 30 minutes during exercise, or as needed.
Drink water with these to ensure proper delivery of electrolytes and complete hydration.
You might also find these useful during long efforts (think ultras) when you need to change things up for your palate.

You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply.
