The RockTape RockBalls are two rubber balls (one 9cm diameter and spiky, one 6cm diameter and smooth) that allow you to perform self-myofascial release with pinpoint accuracy. They come with an instruction book that points out release trigger points and provides helpful corrective exercises and tissue release techniques.

These portable balls can be kept at home, in your car's glovebox, or in your suitcase while travelling. The included instruction book (RockTape Movement Manifesto) contains valuable information to educate you on:
