The GRID STK is the first handheld foam roller from TriggerPoint Performance Therapy, makers of the revolutionary GRID foam roller. The GRID STK incorporates a patent-pending 3D surface similar to the GRID foam rollers and comes in two densities – regular and extra firm (X).

Innovative AcuGRIP handles operate as independent massage tools and are designed to provide targeted relief to deep tissue. The GRID STK can be used while either seated or standing to promote increased circulation, improved mobility and relief from muscle pain due to exertion or injury.
