Adding this to your daily routine it will improve lengthening and mobility of key muscles in the foot we use every day during daily walking and exercise that are affected by modern-day footwear. Use them during exercise, as a warm-up, while stretching, during daily activities, or after a long day.

Start with a few minutes daily, gradually increasing as strength improves
