The guarantee does not cover the battery, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents or non-compliance with the precautions; improper maintenance, commercial use, cracked, broken or scratched cases/displays, elastic strap and Polar apparel.

Not all products are eligible for change of mind returns (click here for excluded products). Final Clearance products are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Change of mind returns can be resolved by your choice of exchange, full store credit, or a refund. Refunds are subject to a $19.95 admin fee.
