Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole. "Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website. Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

A full-length Missiongrip outsole with unique traction patterns means exceptional grip and stability, while heel-to-toe CloudTec cushioning creates a comfortable ride.
Made with recycled polyester, the shoe's waterproof membrane creates a breathable barrier that blocks rain and snow. A thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) overlay surrounds the toes and upper, adding a layer of durability and protection. We can’t guarantee they’ll put them away properly, but we can guarantee easy on-off. Spacious pull tabs on the heel and tongue provide a solid hold, elasticated speed laces mean quick tightening and loosening, and a speed toggle creates an easy fit.
