Fivefinger trail shoe that's perfect for outdoor fitness, trail running, light trekking, and travelling. It forms a protective tool for your foot, allowing for ground sensory perception, dexterity and performance.
Please note that five-finger shoes require a precision fit which typically necessitates trying on the shoes, and the fit recommended by the size guide can vary from person to person. We strongly recommend trying on five-finger shoes before purchasing.
Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole."Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website.Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

Another great shoe by Vibram Kirsten, 25 November 2019 I got my 1st pair of Vibrams in 2011 and they were awesome and lasted ages. Now I'm disabled, need new knees, so weight of a shoe as well as comfort are of particular importance to me. I have quickly fallen in love with these. I can wear them any and every where and I chose black for colour so in a skirt, shorts or jeans, these shoes look good and come with the light weight comfort I expect from Vibram. I HIGHLY recommend Quality: Value for Money: Fit: Fit Tips: Go 1 size down from your normal shoe size. It's more like your sock size. Overall Rating:

I got my 1st pair of Vibrams in 2011 and they were awesome and lasted ages. Now I'm disabled, need new knees, so weight of a shoe as well as comfort are of particular importance to me. I have quickly fallen in love with these.
