Please note that Vibram shoes require a precision fit which typically necessitates trying on the shoes, and the fit recommended by the size guide can vary from person to person. We strongly recommend trying on Vibram shoes before purchasing.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole. "Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website. Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

Shoes are made in many factories around the world and even models within the same brand can be quite different. To assist our customers in choosing the right size, we measure every shoe we receive. All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

First pair of VFF's - Wow! Jules, 8 October 2018 Three runs in the VFF V-Run so far so take my durability rating with a grain of salt however they fit true to size and I found them really comfy. When sizing, I stood on a piece of paper, traced an outline around my foot and measured the length from my heel to my longest toe. It came in at 27.3mm after which allowing for approx 4-6mm landed me perfectly in a size 44 (27.9mm). Over the past year I have been running in Altra One's 2.5 and Vivobarefoot Stealth and Primus lite. The V-Runs provide the perfect blend of proprioceptive feedback and rubber/EVA cushioning underfoot to allow for a confident midfoot strike. I have worn them with the injinji sock which are the perfect combo. So for me, a 5 star review albeit after 3 runs. Quality: Value for Money: Fit: Overall Rating:

Excellent running shoe - light and comfortable Richard, 24 July 2018 My fleet of Bikila LS shoes are now showing their age and, having been discontinued by Vibram (boo!), I had to move to a current model. While the V-Run doesn’t fit me quite as well, it is a very light shoe with good traction and flexibility. The transition has (literally) been painless and I’ve had no problems since finding the appropriate size - which Wildfire’s EXCELLENT ‘try another size and return the one you don’t want’ service made easy. This is a very good running shoe. Quality: Value for Money: Fit: Fit Tips: I went up one size from my usual VFFs (I’m transitioning from my well-worn Bikila LSs) because I found the V-Run a little tight on the instep. My fleet of Bikila LS shoes are now showing their age and, having been discontinued by Vibram (boo!), I had to move to a current model. While the V-Run doesn’t fit me quite as well, it is a very light shoe with good traction and flexibility. The transition has (literally) been painless and I’ve had no problems since finding the appropriate size - which Wildfire’s EXCELLENT ‘try another size and return the one you don’t want’ service made easy. This is a very good running shoe.
Fit Tips: I went up one size from my usual VFFs (I’m transitioning from my well-worn Bikila LSs) because I found the V-Run a little tight on the instep. If you don’t have high arches you should be fine with your normal size.

V-Run is great for me 4E extra wide feet CK, 1 February 2017 I have blister problem with almost all of running shoes because of my extra wide feet. Anything less than 4E width will gives me blister. My options are so limited here in Australia. But after a week, 20km in total, running in V-Run I am confident to say that V-Run does the trick! I love it. No blister at all. Apart from this width problem that V-Run solves for me, I agree with other people that - First few runs, start with 10% of your normal running distance - V-Run helps improve your running form and running economy - You feel like kid again because of the barefoot running V-Run does not deserve anything less than 5 stars for me.
