RockTape Kinesiology Tape is a kinesiology tape with unique elasticity designed to mimic the human skin. This plain roll has 5m of RockTape that is 5cm in width, along with an instruction sheet for the most popular applications.

RockTape is made for:

muscle pain or cramping, e.g. lower back or calf muscles
joint pain, e.g. shoulder or knee
inflammation
bruising
poor posture.

The kinesiology tape microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia below, causing the skin to form convolutions and wrinkle. This decompresses the tissue immediately below the skin. It is believed that this can help to:

decrease pain
reduce swelling and bruising
improve blood and lymphatic flow in the taped area
delay fatigue, reducing injury likelihood and enhancing recovery
provide support and stability while allowing for a full range of movement
improve the slide and glide between tissue layers.

RockTape is hypoallergenic, with no zinc oxide or latex, with a sticky adhesive and 180% stretch to allow full range of movement. Its elastic quality makes this kinesiology tape more comfortable for patients and athletes. Best of all, its water resistance means you can keep this tape on for up to 5 days.
