Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.

The Right Shoe Project
Shoes are made in many factories around the world and even models within the same brand can be quite different. To assist our customers in choosing the right size, we measure every shoe we receive. All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

The PUMA evoSPEED Star 9 Kids' Shoes are designed as an ideal entry-level track spike for young athletes, suitable for a range of track and field events from sprints to 10K distances, hurdles, and jumps. These shoes feature a breathable mesh upper that ensures comfort during intense activities, while the extended PEBAX plate with six spike receptacles provides superior traction and propulsion on various surfaces. Weighing approximately 140g with a stack height of less than 20mm, they offer a lightweight feel that enhances performance. The ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam midsole delivers responsive cushioning, and the inclusion of 2 x 6 replaceable spike pins, a wrench, and a "FOREVER.
