Pack of 12 spike blanks that keep the threads in your track and field shoes clean and undamaged.

Blanks screw in like spikes using the same tool, but don't significantly protrude from the sole. They can be used to reduce the number of spikes in your shoes to meet race regulations, alleviate pressure points, or train without spikes.

Always check the guidelines for your track/race before purchasing spikes to ensure the length/shape is permitted.
