It has been treated with durable water repellent (DWR) coating without harmful per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The 210D nylon material also helps prevent moisture from seeping through. However, the high-quality zippers are not waterproof-sealed, so water can leak through the teeth and seams in heavy downpour or long exposures to water.
