Unlike traditional dehydration, freeze drying better locks in nutrition, flavour and texture, removing more moisture which improves shelf life. It is also lightweight, and does not require any extended boiling to rehydrate fully. Unlike wet retort packs, freeze dried food is much lighter with a more natural colour and texture.

• Beef Bourguignon - a rustic beef stew with aromatic vegetables, herbs and spices that is finished with a delicious, silky sauce. Gluten Free. Contains milk, soy, sulphite.
• Butter Chicken - marinated in a thick gravy of butter, coriander, and tomato and ginger sauce and served on a bed of rice with dried almonds. Gluten Free. Contains milk, soy, tree nuts.
• Coq Au Vin - a red wine enriched chicken stew with mushrooms and pearl onions and a side of herb mashed potato. Gluten Free. Contains milk, soy, sulphite.
• Mediterranean Lamb with Black Olives - seasoned lamb served with Mediterranean spices, couscous and roasted vegetables. Contains gluten, soy.
• Tandoori Chicken - an Indian inspired meal of chicken in a Tandoori sauce with a creamy yoghurt sauce. Gluten Free. Contains milk, soy.
• Thai Green Chicken Curry - a spicy green chicken curry with a coconut, coriander and chilli base. Gluten Free. Contains milk, soy.
• Venison Stirfry - a colourful combination of venison, red pepper, and Thai noodles in a delicious sauce with a hint of coriander. Contains gluten, cereal, soy.
• Wild Mushrooms and Lamb Risotto - an Italian-style risotto with lamb, mushrooms, onion & red pepper baked in a mushroom sauce. Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese to taste (included). Gluten Free. Contains milk, soy.
• Vegan Lentil Dahl - A delicious curry made from Chana Masala sauce, lentils, chickpeas, a vibrant mix of vegetables and pumpkin seeds. Gluten free.
