Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole. "Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website. Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

The Brooks Ghost Max 3 4E Mens Shoes is an easy going, stable neutral running shoe, lower arches and/or wider feet. A redone upper features a comfortable jacquard mesh that provides a wider, well-padded, comfortable fit for all day wear. A DNA Loft v3 midsole sits underneath with a far better heel bevel than version two and a longer forefoot rocker that makes for a smooth ride no matter where you land. A ton of outsole rubber and a wide base make this a durable and stable neutral shoe that is a great option for those wanting a comfortable easy walking, running and standing shoe.
