The Altra Solstice XT 2 cross-training shoe can handle any functional fitness workout, from the weight racks to box jumps, short road runs and more.
Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.

Great gym shoes - foot shaped & zero drop Brian, 5 January 2022 I've been a fan of Altra shoes since the first Lone Peak years ago (although they lost the plot a bit for a couple of years). While I mostly buy trail running shoes, I wanted something for the gym and these fit the bill. Very comfortable, and the wide toe box is much better than narrow running shoes for things like leg press, calf raises and anything else where your feet are on the ground (like lifting).
