Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole."Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website.Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

Shoes are made in many factories around the world and even models within the same brand can be quite different. To assist our customers in choosing the right size, we measure every shoe we receive. All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

Most versatile shoe on the planet + super comfy Anita, 27 April 2024 I can't say enough good things about these shoes - so comfy I clocked 20k on the first day of use. That's double my usual jog. I had been using a scungy pair off Temu, and loved the lighter feel compared to my Hokas so thought I'd try some 'bare feet' shoes. It took a few kms to adjust to the lack of 'bounce' but I love these so much I'm now wearing them everywhere. I can pull them off with a dress, walking the dog, even on my road bike instead of cycling clip in shoes as the tread on the bottom is great. (Which is handy for travelling and not having to carry so many pairs of shoes). If you like a soft cushiony bounce under your feet, these aren't really for you. For me, I'm so stoked with them they've bounced into the rest of my life. I barely take them off. I never used to understand people keeping their shoes on at home.. how uncomfortable.... But then I found Xero shoes. I am going to buy them all. So you better hope I don't buy your size. ;) I was not compensated for this review. But Xero, if you're reading this, I'm open to it.
