Barefoot road running shoe that's perfect for those transitioning from traditional footwear to a more minimalist approach.
Please note that five-finger shoes require a precision fit which typically necessitates trying on the shoes, and the fit recommended by the size guide can vary from person to person. We strongly recommend trying on five-finger shoes before purchasing.
Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole."Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website.Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! LOVE the Vibram V-run Julie, 15 April 2022 I have two pairs of Vibram V run which I swap between. I have run in them for years, and I cant wear anything else! I do about 20-25kms per week. I'm now ready to purchase my next pair as I've worn out the tread. I no longer have any pain from a slight bunion. Vibram 5 finger barefoot running shoes. Nat Angel, 26 December 2017 I run approx 80-90km/week and have worn barefoot runners for several years after long history of injuries. These are my favourite ones. Lace tie ups means no side straps for blisters. Very lightweight and flexible with good surface grip for wet roads. No significant injuries since wearing vibrams.
