While traditional boots are clunky, reducing mobility and balance and literally adding to the weight you carry,  the Tracker Forest ESC allows you to tackle truly extreme terrains and conditions with minimal weight and maximum ground feel.

This hiking boot features:

• Foot-shaped (not shoe-shaped) design - wide enough to allow for natural stability, thin enough to enable you to feel more, and flexible enough to enable natural movement
• Wild Hide leather upper - naturally water-resistant leather ethically sourced from free-roaming cattle sourced from small-scale farmers and tanned by Pittards. Lace eyelets are made from a single, durable piece of metal, pressed and folded to make them stronger
• Sandwich air mesh lining - allows air to move freely around the boot and keep moisture away from your skin, passing it out through the pores of the leather or through the collar opening so your feet can breathe. It also acts as a natural thermostat for cold/hot temperatures, creating a microclimate in your boots
• Protection overlays - two moulded rubber overlays on the heels provide extra protection from jagged rocks or impact damage
• Michelin ESC rubber outsole - developed with the famous Michelin tyre company, this outsole is built from high-performance rubber with aggressive, multi-directional lugs. Claw-like W lugs tackle ascents and descents, while lateral edge lugs are split so you can dig your feet into aggressive terrain, working with a knife-edge grip. The arch incorporates the Vivo logo, designed to provide additional grip with ribs that use your arch as a grip for tricky terrain. And the 'Yikes' heel lug acts as a last line of defence, engaging to catch the ground if you start to slip
• Easy repair stitching - a stitch channel around the top edge means the sole can be easily detached from the upper for repair if needed
