Vivobarefoot sizes generally run true to length, but sizing across models can be inconsistent. While most users find their standard size works well, some suggest sizing up slightly, as the foot-shaped toe box provides width but can feel snug around the sides for wider feet.
It is not recommended. Because the Gobi III Sneaker Leather has no arch support and a completely flat, 4mm sole, your calf muscles and Achilles tendons must stretch and work harder. Start by wearing them for 1 to 2 hours a day to avoid muscle soreness.
Yes, because the leather is soft, unlined, and unstructured, the Gobi III Sneaker Leather will develop natural creases across the top of the toes almost immediately. This is completely normal for barefoot footwear and actually makes the shoe flex better.
