Best Practices

Use daily for 5 to 10 minutes
You can either stand or sit with your feet barefoot on the mat to stimulate different pressure points
Try placing the mat under your feet while working at your desk or while relaxing on the couch
Start with short sessions and gradually increase the time as you get used to it. Make sure to use the mat on a flat, stable surface.
