I haven't been shopping for sports shoes for 7 years, so was feeling under confident.  He listened very well and was able to recall things i had mentioned in my opening comments. Nothing was too much trouble. He made many suggestions and even asked others for ideas to best suit me. I ended up with a pair of Brooke's ghost shoes and tried them out this afternoon. They suit well.
And amazingly, he served 4 other customers at the same time to the same level. It was highly refreshing to experience and to witness.
