“As an amateur runner I have been buying Altra running shoes since 2013.
Recently I purchased from Wildfire Sport 2 shoes, the Altra Escalante, and Zero Drop Topo, to try for the first time.
Eventually I returned both shoes, the Altra was great but the colour was hard to get used to.
I would like to compliment the customer service at Wildfire Sport for helping me to find the best and most comfortable Altra running shoe.
You were very patient with me, firstly in accepting my returns and secondly until I found the right shoe which I was very happy with, which was the Altra Escalante, and I am getting used to its colour.
During the course of this transaction we exchanged lots of emails with attached photos and measurements of insoles, all emails were answered quickly and action taken accordingly.
