The Science in Sport GO Hydro is a tube of 20 effervescent tablets that ensure you are effectively hydrated to produce your best performances.

During moderate to intense exercise, we can lose up to 2L of sweat per hour (depending on environmental conditions). Sweat contains vital electrolytes like sodium. If fluid and electrolytes aren't replaced, dehydration will cause major fatigue thanks to increased body temperature, increased heart rate and quickly depleting carbohydrate stores. SiS GO Hydro is designed to prevent this, helping you not lose more than 2% of your body mass.
