Finding the right fit is all about balancing room to move with staying warm. Most Sea To Summit sleeping bags come in Regular and Long fits. For the best thermal efficiency, choose the size closest to your height without being too tight, as excess air inside the bag requires more body heat to warm up.

Generally, the Comfort rating is the sweet spot of temperature at which a cold sleeper (often women) can expect to sleep comfortably in a relaxed position - you’re not fighting to stay warm. The Lower Limit is the temperature at which a warm sleeper (often men) can sleep undisturbed by the cold while in a compact body position to trap in heat.
