Ingredients: Milk Protein Concentrate (Milk), Cluster Dextrin, Organic Cane Sugar, Glucose, Blackcurrant Powder (7%), Inulin, Cacao Powder (3%), Mineral Salts [Magnesium Bisglycinate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Citrate], Natural Flavour. Contains Milk Products.

Recommended Use: Use after hard training or high intensity racing.

Directions: Mix one serve into 450–500 ml of water and consume within 30 minutes post-exercise. Ideal after high-intensity or prolonged endurance sessions.

Weight-based servings:

50 - 70 kg – 4 scoops (23 Grams Protein)
80 - 90 kg – 5 scoops (29 Grams Protein)
100+ kg – 6 scoops (34.8 Grams Protein)

This product uses a weight-based dosing system to better match the energy and protein needs of different body sizes and training demands. A standard one-size-fits-all serving may underdeliver or overdeliver based on bodyweight.

Consume within 2 hours of mixing or refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
