PURE Electrolyte Hydration is an hypotonic electrolyte endurance hydration drink using real fruit, carbohydrates, electrolytes. It has been scientifically formulated to rehydrate your body while exercising for extended periods of 2 hours and over.

I started using PURE hydration powder to help with my recovery during training in the lead up to my recent half-marathon. As I was building up in training distance, I noticed I was struggling to bounce back after a long run - consuming PURE hydration powder definitely helped with my recovery. It's also a great motivator, the flavours are so good (pineapple is the favourite!). The sachets are great for ease of use, as all I had to do was chuck the contents into a shaker, fill with water and I was set.
