A unisex throwing shoe featuring a synthetic leather upper, midfoot strap, CMEVA midsole, and premium rubber outsole with a pivot point.
Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.

The PUMA evoSPEED Throw 10.5 Unisex Shoes are high-performance throwing shoes designed for discus, shot put, and hammer throw athletes. Built for both glide and rotational techniques, these shoes deliver exceptional grip, stability, and durability to help athletes achieve their best throws. The compression-moulded ethylene-vinyl acetate (CMEVA) midsole foam provides lightweight cushioning. A 360° premium rubber outsole wraps around the shoe for durability and traction, and features an integrated pivot point under the forefoot to enable smooth, controlled rotations. The synthetic leather upper provides a supportive and aerodynamic fit, while an adjustable midfoot strap ensures a secure lockdown. The shoes also feature a toe bump guard, an external heel counter, an internal microfibre and suede lining, and an Eco Ortholite sockliner.
