The Right Shoe Project
Shoes are made in many factories around the world and even models within the same brand can be quite different. To assist our customers in choosing the right size, we measure every shoe we receive. All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.
Still not sure? If you're in Brisbane, feel free to come in to our store in Milton for a fitting. Otherwise, you can contact our team for assistance and advice. If you would like to contribute to helping other customers please contact us with your shoe size, foot length and how well your shoes fit.

ProTec Plantar Fasciitis Massage Balls are hard but lightweight maple-wood massage balls that you can roll under your feet for a deep-tissue massage.
These massage balls promote flexibility in your arch and forefoot, ease out muscle tightness, and alleviation symptoms of plantar fasciitis (heel pain caused by inflammation of the band of tissue running across the bottom of your foot and connecting your heel bone to your toes).
Rolling the bottom of your feet on these plantar massage balls applies targeted compression to the deep tissues in your feet, which speeds up your healing process and provides immediate relief.
Two medium (1.5in diameter) and two small (1in diameter) massage balls are included, along with a microfibre carry bag so you can take your set with you to work or to the track. Lightweight and ergonomic, these balls get into the smaller contours of your muscles and allow you to target the arch, heel, or metatarsal area.
INCLUDED 2x medium (1.5in diameter) massage balls 2x small (1in diameter) massage balls 1x microfibre carry bag

Gets rid of muscle stiffness These are great to get rid of muscular knots experienced after exercise. Personally I use them after every long distance run to avoid that stiff muscular feeling. It's best to use them after you've exercised as the muscles are warm, and knots release much easier when warm. Be gentle when using as it can be a pretty painful experience. There's lots of great Youtube clips on how to use these correctly if you're unsure.
