Your torso size is the most important measurement and is what determines your pack size. Many Osprey packs are available in multiple sizes to fit a range of torso lengths. To determine your torso measurement at home have a friend measure the length of your back along the spine. Start at the iliac crest which is an imaginary line drawn across the top of your hip bones. From this level, measure to the C7 vertebrae, the knobby bone at the base of your neck that protrudes when you put your head down. Make sure to keep your back straight while your friend makes the measurement. If you are between sizes, it's best to come into our store, where you can try on both sizes.

Shoes are made in many factories around the world and even models within the same brand can be quite different. To assist our customers in choosing the right size, we measure every shoe we receive. All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

The Osprey Talon Velocity 20 Men's Pack features a running vest-inspired harness for snug comfort, complemented by a flexible AirScape backpanel and BioStretch Harness and Hipbelt, ensuring breathable comfort and a secure fit during dynamic movements. The pack's top cinch closure allows for easy access and top compression, securing gear while on the move. For hydration, 500ml soft-flask compatible pockets with stabilization loops offer easy access to fluids without slowing down, complemented by an external hydration sleeve for larger reservoirs. Storage is optimized with a large zippered phone pocket and small stash pocket, alongside dual-access stretch side pockets for essentials. The dual SR-buckled side compression straps enable external gear attachment, further enhanced by dual low-profile pole/axe attachments and a stretch-mesh front shove-it pocket that can accommodate a helmet. Safety features include an emergency whistle on the sternum strap and low-profile Stow-on-the-Go pole holder for hands-free pole carrying. Additionally, elastic web-keepers on all webbing straps ensure a tidy setup, with a right side zippered hipbelt pocket and left side stretch stash pocket for balanced, accessible storage.
