Compare your shoe's insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.

All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

The Missiongrip rubber outsole delivers exceptional traction and stability on both wet and dry surfaces. The engineered mesh upper is flexible and soft, offering breathability and a snug fit, enhanced by thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) overlays for added durability and support. The Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Technology optimizes the shoe's structure for improved performance. Additionally, the outsole design prevents stones from getting trapped, and the use of less TPU plastic reduces environmental impact.
