Shoes are made in many factories around the world and even models within the same brand can be quite different. To assist our customers in choosing the right size, we measure every shoe we receive. All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

Maurten GEL 100 CAF 100 uses natural hydrogel technology and packs a high weight to energy ratio, with 100mg of caffeine plus 25g of carbohydrates. Caffeine has been shown to increase alertness and reduce perceived effort, which is why Maurten fans all over the world are buying out the CAF 100 version.
From a technical perspective, traditional gels are water and carbohydrates simply mixed into syrups, often containing added flavours and preservatives. The GEL 100 CAF 100 is completely different: a biopolymer matrix, filled with a unique blend of fructose and glucose (ratio of 0.8:1) which enables uptakes of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
