Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole."Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website.Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and is conditional upon care instructions being followed.

Love these so light and comfy Fleur, 20 January 2025 I am a professional hiking guide and I really was looking for something light and comfortable with a flexible sole. I've worn invo8's for years at the gym and love the way they are light. I don't feel like i need to take them off immediately when i get into camp and i don't get sore soles like others make me feel. They are also waterproof which is really handy. I have got them wet a few times though when the mud has been deeper than the shoe but they were easy to clean and quick to dry. In the last 6 months they have been to Borneo 3 times and vietnam once and lots here in the bush in Brisbane. I'm hoping they last a while but i've been so happy with them.
