HOKA Clifton 11 GTX Mens Shoes

Designed for daily road runners, walkers, and urban commuters seeking a smooth, cushioned ride, the HOKA Clifton 11 GTX Men’s Shoes solve the challenge of bad-weather training by delivering impenetrable waterproof protection without the stiff, heavy feel of standard rain shoes. Ideal for everyday running, walking, and wet city pavement, this shoe stands out by combining HOKA's signature maximum cushioning with streamlined weather protection and sticky road grip.

The protective upper features a closed mesh upper, a waterproof GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane, and an exterior water-repellent coating that keeps rain and road debris out. Quick fit adjustments are effortless with the adjustable speed lace system, while integrated reflective details boost your visibility during dark morning or evening runs.

Underfoot, a plush compression-moulded EVA foam midsole absorbs impact to ward off foot fatigue, supported by an advanced outsole featuring a sticky rubber forefoot, weather-ready traction pods, and a heavy-duty Durabrasion rubber outsole for confident stability on slick surfaces.

Built to excel through gloomy downpours and slick streets, the HOKA Clifton 11 GTX turns rainy forecasts into your best training days.

What's New?

Adjustable Speed Lace Toggle: Features a new quick-cinch lacing system with a cord lock for fast, single-pull fit adjustments on wet days.
Weather-Ready Durabrasion Rubber Outsole: Updated outsole layout combining sticky rubber and pods specifically mapped to improve grip on rain-slicked roads.
Sticky Rubber Forefoot: High-friction rubber compound designed to prevent slipping on wet asphalt during toe-off.
Traction Pods: Strategically placed across high-wear areas to maintain multi-directional grip on slick city streets.

Key Features:

Lightweight: At 306g (size 10 USM), it keeps the heavy, bulky rain-shoe drag to a minimum so you can log high daily mileage without feeling weighed down.
8mm Drop: To encourage a smooth, balanced stride transition and efficient forward momentum through every mile.
Closed Mesh Upper: Shields your feet from cold wind and road debris while maintaining structured support.
GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane: Bonds directly to the upper to stop water from entering while keeping the shoe flexible and lightweight.
Water-Repellent Coating: Causes surface water to bead up and run off instantly so the upper material never gets waterlogged.
Speed Lace: Allows you to lock in a precise fit with a single pull without tying wet shoelaces.
Reflective Details: Strategic reflective hits reflect light in low-visibility conditions, so you stay safe and seen.
Compression-Moulded Ethylene Vinyl-Acetate (EVA) Foam Midsole: Delivers high-impact cushioning to protect your joints and minimise fatigue during long miles.

The HOKA Clifton 11 GTX are built as versatile everyday running shoes that excel at easy miles, recovery runs, and long walks, as well as all-day standing comfort for jobs like nursing or healthcare.

The outsole of the Clifton 11 GTX utilises sticky rubber traction pods in the forefoot paired with Durabrasion rubber zones specifically intended to grip wet asphalt and cold sidewalks. However, it is fundamentally a road shoe, it lacks deep trail lugs, making it unsuitable for thick mud or technical, icy mountain trails.

Yes, the HOKA Clifton 11 GTX is heavily winterised with 360-degree reflective panelling. The side logos, heel accents, and strips along the upper bounce back light, making it significantly safer for low-light morning or evening runs in stormy weather.
