Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.

All this information is compiled so you can simply enter the length of your foot in centimetres, choose your preferred fit, and our calculator will recommend a size for you! Then, as you browse the website across various brands and models of shoes, we will provide a recommendation of your sizing in each model.

The HOKA Anacapa 2 Mid GTX Mens Shoes are engineered for outdoor enthusiasts who demand both performance and sustainability. The 30% sugarcane ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) midsole provides lightweight cushioning, and the Vibram Megagrip outsole offers superior traction on both wet and dry surfaces. Additional features include an abrasion-resistant rubber toe cap for enhanced durability, a metal hook top for secure lacing, and a soybean-based sockliner for added comfort. The SwallowTail heel design allows flexibility in the heel, promoting achilles heel comfort.
