GU Liquid Energy Gel is based on the proven GU Energy Gel. The Liquid version contains 30mL more water per gel and is therefore easier and quicker to consume.

GU Liquid Energy Gel features:

Suggested Usage
Consume a gel 15 minutes before and then every 30-45 minutes during exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 4 sachets per day.
