Cramp-Solv Spray is a natural, homeopathic formula made to ease muscular cramps and spasms. It's great for menstrual cramps, muscular spasms and restless legs.

If you are prone to cramping during sports, Cramp-Solv Spray can help restore your normal muscle function during a painful spasm. It's especially helpful for long-distance or ultra sports, such as adventure racing, triathlons, ultra-running, etc. Cramp-Solv is fast-acting and safe, with a non-drug formula. It comes in a small, lightweight pump-action bottle so you can take it with you on your races.

Simply spray once under your tongue at the onset of a muscular spasm or cramp. Repeat after 15-20 seconds if necessary, for up to 5 doses.

Game Changer

I remember borrowing Cramp Solv off a friend during a long run because I was so close to cramping. With in 2 minutes latter it was completely gone and never came back. From then on I have always carried it with me on long runs in case I screw up my nutrition and start to cramp.

What a load of rubbish this product is. Homeopathic.... google it. It means you are paying for a bottle of water.

My husband was actually given this product when I was pregnant and suffering severe night cramps. I was a total sceptic but the first night I used it the cramp disappeared within seconds. I could not believe it. Since then I have continued to use it when I have a random cramp at swimming or triathlon. I just keep it in my kit for the off chance I need it. As a coach of masters I also give it to some of my squad members if required. I also carry it when I run in marathons and it helps fight off cramp towards the end when I need it. I have tried the other cramp products but cant handle the vinegary potent taste. This is quite easy to stomach especially when fatigued.
