Compare your insole length to the guide below. To find your insole length, measure your foot and add 1.5cm for a regular fit, 1cm for a snug fit or 2cm for a looser fit. If you are between sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
To measure your foot most accurately, stand on a tape measure with your heel against a wall. While standing up and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe. Remember to measure both feet and use the measurement of your longer foot. Find out more here.
"Insole cm" is our in-store measurements of the shoe's insole. "Brand cm" is the insole length the brand has given us, which is what you'll find on the box or on the brand's website. Our shoes are measured with the same method each time, so use the "Insole cm" column to get an accurate size you can compare across brands.

They are so hard on the feet , if you want some softness do not buy these. Though this is excellent for some, the more structured feel that can be less comfortable for some. Customer feedback shows the 24 is running smaller than the 23, and have found in some cases we’ve had to go up half a size for some customers. For a softer, more cushioned stability Brooks shoe, you might like the Glycerin GTS series. These are available in wide sizes, and some customers find the men’s version (standard or wide, in their EU size) offers a roomier fit through the midfoot and toe box. Hi Nicole, A firmer feel in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 offers several advantages, providing extra stability and support, whilst staying responsive and durable for daily training. Though this is excellent for some, the more structured feel that can be less comfortable for some. Customer feedback shows the 24 is running smaller than the 23, and have found in some cases we’ve had to go up half a size for some customers.
