SUB9 SALTS ELECTROLYTES is an evolution of SALTS ELECTROLYTES designed for continuous intake during more extensive exercise. It is a food supplement based on ginger, vitamins and minerals.

Indicated for situations of dehydration, accumulation of lactic acid and/or muscle cramps during exercise.

As for the minerals, sodium has been increased to 250mg and magnesium to 18,15mg, with potassium reduced to 54,01mg for lower levels than in the former mineral salt capsules.

Contains ginger extract for improved digestion, a recurring problem in these kinds of disciplines.

HOW TO USE: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise and 1 capsule every 30 -60 minutes during exercise with at last one glass of water (150 ml)
