When doing exercise, Hydrazero is an essential mineral salt drink, as the loss of electrolytes must be replenished to perform efficiently, not only in competitions but also in training. Each dose of Hydrazero contains 500 mg of sodium, which improves hydration and provides a better, more proportioned balance of body fluids. As a hypotonic drink, its osmolality is less than that of blood plasma, favoring intracellular hydration and reducing the risk of an upset stomach. Its formula contains stevia, providing zero sugar, allowing for electrolyte replenishment without adding calories.

To use, dissolve 1 stick (7.5 g) of product in 750 ml of water and shake. Hydrazero can be consumed during training sessions or to hydrate before and replenish electrolytes after training. If a 500 ml or 1 l water bottle is preferred, the taste can be adjusted according to the amount of water used, while the product remains hypotonic and provides the same quantity of salts.

Hydrazero is available in three refreshing flavors: Lemon, Tropical, and Sour Strawberry. The net weight is 7.5 g (monodose), and it comes in stick format. Store the product tightly closed in a cool, dry place, and note that it has a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. Caution: Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 7.5 g, and keep out of reach of children. This product is a powder food supplement with sweeteners.
