HydraJelly is an energy gel with a jelly texture, packed with carbohydrates (22.6 g). Meeting energy needs during sports is a challenge for athletes, which is why we at 226ERS focus on facilitating proper nutritional intake. Developed with input from demanding athletes, HydraJelly is carefully formulated to deliver familiar and pleasant flavors in an innovative jelly texture. Each 40 g serving is easy to carry and consume.

The consumption of carbohydrates is closely tied to the intensity and duration of exercise. Adequate carbohydrate intake helps maintain or improve performance, reduce muscle damage, stabilize blood glucose levels, and prevent glycogen depletion.

Carbohydrates also aid in the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after high-intensity or long-duration exercise, which causes muscle fatigue and glycogen depletion.

HydraJelly is available in 40 g sizes and five flavors, each containing varying amounts of sodium to maintain electrolyte balance, which can help prevent muscle cramps and hyponatremia:

• Banana: 100 mg of sodium
• Strawberry: 100 mg of sodium
• Cola: 100 mg of sodium and 100 mg of caffeine
• Caramel Salty: 250 mg of sodium
• Cherry Salty: 250 mg of sodium

The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming carbohydrates from all sources, with a total intake of 4 g/kg of body weight in doses taken within four to six hours after physical exercise. This information is intended for adults engaging in high-intensity or long-duration exercise.
